General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Definitions

In these general terms and conditions the following terms are understood to mean:

Atelier Arena: the seller, established in the Netherlands
Customer: the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Atelier Arena
Product: Jewelry and accessories offered via atelierarena.nl

Article 2 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Atelier Arena and the customer.

Article 3 - The offer

All offers are non-binding. Atelier Arena reserves the right to change prices and product range. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations in color or finish are possible.

Article 4 - The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the customer has placed the order and Atelier Arena has confirmed it by e-mail.

Article 5 - Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately and are not included in the product price.

Article 6 - Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered. In the event of non-payment, Atelier Arena reserves the right to cancel the order.

Article 7 - Delivery

Delivery times are approximate. Atelier Arena strives to deliver orders within the specified timeframe, but is not liable for delays.

Article 8 - Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. See our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.

Article 9 - Warranty and conformity

Products meet the usual requirements and standards. In the event of defects within the warranty period, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.
