General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Atelier Arena: the seller, located in the Netherlands
Customer: the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with Atelier Arena
Product: jewelry and accessories offered via atelierarena.nl

Article 2 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Atelier Arena and the customer.

Article 3 - The Offer

All offers are non-binding. Atelier Arena reserves the right to change prices and the assortment. Product images are indicative; minor deviations in color or execution are possible.

Article 4 - The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer has placed the order and Atelier Arena has confirmed it by e-mail.

Article 5 - Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately and are not included in the product price.

Article 6 - Payment

Payment must be made via the offered payment methods. In case of non-payment, Atelier Arena reserves the right to cancel the order.

Article 7 - Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. Atelier Arena strives to deliver orders within the specified period but is not liable for delays.

Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating reasons. See our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.

Article 9 - Warranty and Conformity

Products comply with the usual requirements and standards. In case of defects within the warranty period, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.
