Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! You have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your purchase.
Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Unworn and unused
- In the original packaging are
- Provided with all labels and tags
How to return?
- Please send us an email with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will send you a return label
- Return the product within 14 days
- After receipt and inspection you will receive your money back within 5 working days
Return costs
The return costs are €3.95 and will be deducted from your refund, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.
